Having Emily Silver on my team at lululemon athletica Berkeley was a treat. She was professional, positive, confident and hardworking.
Emily created and managed several community initiatives, including student outreach. She coordinated a week long event for UC Berkeley students, where we worked with local instructors to hold free workout classes for students during their exam period. Emily marketed the classes using both social and traditional media channels.
Emily also managed our Research and Development program. She planned and organized a very successful shop night for our R&D team. Emily managed the budget for the event, and through careful planning and strategic marketing produced our best attended R&D gathering.

It was an absolute pleasure to work with Emily Silver.

Emily is self-reliant and forward-thinking. She is constantly looking to reach the next goal, establish new systems and processes, and discover effective methods in the workplace. Emily is an exceptional instigator and event planner. She is more than capable of conceptualizing population-specific events,delegating tasks to produce the event effectively and efficiently, and producing an event where people are eagerly waiting at the door. In fact, Emily planned and executed a week long event catered toward improving the mental and physical health of U.C. Berkeley students, which was a complete success.
Emily maintained lululemon's website and facebook page. She ensured that our online image was constantly fresh, enriching, and a place where guests began to equate our online image as an extension of our store community. Her creativity, innovation, and diligence in maintaining these sights directly and positively affected sales.
Emily is an extremely balanced young lady. She is capable of handling high-pressure work while maintaining a smile on her face.
