After learning that I was a finalist for the position of Athlete Relations Manager at USA Swimming, I decided to create a blog. I used this blog as a tool in my interview to demonstrate various job and social media skills. Beyond the Blocks also includes recommendations from my work colleagues, former teammates and coaches. Since being hired, I have decided to keep my blog going and update followers on my life beyond swimming. Enjoy!
